Tile and Grout Cleaning

We have found the best method to clean tile and grout is to spray the cleaning agent down and let it dwell for 10 to 20 minutes to loosen the dirt and grime embedded in the flooring. Then using a grout brush we scrub each of the grout lines. There are other tools to use but nothing works like the old school grout brush. Grout scrubbing is followed by a high-pressure tool called a spinner which sprays water at 1500 psi knocking the dirt and grime loose then with the suction removes the dirt and grime out to our truck. Right after cleaning is the best time to seal the grout. There is an additional charge for Grout Sealing but most people find it is worth the money. Also if you want the grout color changed we can do that as well.
